» POWER FOUR (Passive) - Fortunetelling (Yes/No) - Once a week, Abdul can ask his tarot deck a 'yes' or 'no' question and be given the correct answer. He will ask the question, shuffle the deck, and cut it three times. The card on top will then be drawn. If it is upright (normal card orientation), the answer to the question is 'yes.' If the card is reversed, the answer is 'no.' As most answers are not really that clear cut, any answer he gets may end up being misleading.
When this ability is used for a simple character related question, the answer will be gotten from the mun in advance or the tag in which the answer will be revealed left so that mun can say whether the card is upright or reversed as the answer dictates. Should a plot related question be asked, the question will be sent to the mods for approval and a new answer option will be added. If the card on top of the deck after the three cuts is face up, it means the deck (aka: the mods) have declined to answer. This result can be used in any situation where the question is too plot relevant to be answered.
» POWER FIVE (Active) - Fire Summon Upgrade: Medium Familiar/Construct - A Stand By Any Other Name - In addition to upgrading the amount of fire Abdul can summon at once, he can manipulate the summoned fire into a medium-sized shape or familiar, no larger two feet tall. The form can be anything from basic shapes, letters etc, to something more complex like an ankh. The familiar, though, tends to default to a small child-like version of a figure very well known to him. It has no mind of its own, instead acting as Abdul remembers his Stand acting when he was a child. The familiar is also bound by a tighter restriction than the rest of his fire, only able to move three feet from him before vanishing, but it can shoot small streams of flame from its mouth and shoot small fireballs from its hands.
If Abdul summons a familiar or creates a construct, it will require all of his available fire no matter if the construct/familiar is actually smaller than his limit. In order to summon more fire, he will need to dismiss the familiar or construct. The familiar alone can break the time limit for his fire summoning, but any damage done to it reflects back to Abdul (just as damage to his Stand would have reflected back to him). In addition, if something destroys the familiar, Abdul will be knocked unconscious by the reflected damage.

Mohammed Abdul
Canonpoint: Post-Death: Stardust Crusaders Episode 42: The Mist of Emptiness, Vanilla Ice, Part 1
Age: Late Twenties (I am going with 27 for ease of reference.)
Age: Late Twenties (I am going with 27 for ease of reference.)
HC Birthdate: 3-29-1961
Wish: "I wish to see the blazing future that my guiding spirit helped Jotaro and the others achieve."
Result: Abdul was granted limited telekinesis and a fire summoning ability. As for his world, who needs Eyes of Heaven for your 'everyone lives' storyline? Apparently, one well-worded wish is good enough! (See app for all your detail needs.)
Weapon: A razor-edged deck of Tarot Cards comprised of the 22 Major Arcana. (Of course, there is official art for the cards. It's Jojo's!)
Outfit: Normal outfit here. Magi outfit here. This man needs more variety in his wardrobe...
Special Note: Abdul was rather...abruptly parted from his arms above the elbow when Vanilla Ice killed him with his Stand. I have not had this injury healed upon entry into the game. Most of the time, he will be found using his telekinesis to fill the sleeves of his robe making it look like his arms are there and that his hands are just hidden by his sleeves or because his arms are crossed over his chest etc. As his telekinesis is limited, the illusion is far from flawless and will fail if his attention is elsewhere or he uses his telekinesis for another action. Abdul is not embarrassed by his loss; he is merely trying not to make a big deal of it or make anyone else uncomfortable.Weapon: A razor-edged deck of Tarot Cards comprised of the 22 Major Arcana. Powers
» POWER ONE (Passive) - Limited Telekinesis - Meant to help replace Abdul's missing arms, his telekinetic abilities cannot reach out farther than the normal arm length for a man his height (approximately 3 feet to either side of him). They also cannot lift something heavier than a normal man can lift. For example, while he could pick up a book with them, lifting a person would not be possible. He could reach to pick up a letter from a nearby table, but could not reach into the kitchen and get a drink from the refrigerator. Also, as with any new skill, it will take him time to learn how to manipulate his new 'grip.' There are going to be many instances of dropped items in his future, much to his dismay.
» POWER TWO (Active) - Fire Summon - Limited to start with, Abdul will only be able to summon an amount of fire roughly equal to the size of a bowling ball. This can be done via smaller summons or one larger summon, however, should the fire get farther than 6 feet from him without a normal fuel source, it will disappear. Fire that exists without a normal fuel source for longer than five minutes will also vanish no matter how close it is to him. Taking a cue from the series itself, Abdul can be burned by his own flame should he come into direct contact with it. Finally, as he doesn't have the ability to control the fire he summons currently, the only way it can be moved from where it is summoned is by some outside force (wind, another magi etc) or by his own telekinesis (pushing it, throwing it as if he were using his hands to do so). See power five for an upgrade.
» POWER THREE (Weapon Upgrade) - Return Flight - After Abdul uses his telekinesis to throw one of his Tarot cards, the card will return to him in one of two ways depending on the result of the throw. If the card misses its target or cuts it, but continues passed, it will boomerang back to him. He cannot control the return path of the card. The only constant is that it will return to him. If the card is embedded in something after the throw, it will remain there for 1-2 minutes before vanishing and reappearing in his deck ready to be thrown again if needed.» POWER TWO (Active) - Fire Summon - Limited to start with, Abdul will only be able to summon an amount of fire roughly equal to the size of a bowling ball. Fourth Wall: Music/Tarot references are fair game. However, I would rather avoid any other kind of 4th wall breaking with him.
Backtagging: I will backtag forever, so no worries there.
Violence/Fighting/Death Etc: If you are interested in any kind of serious, status quo changing interaction with Abdul, please don't be afraid to get in touch with me so we can plan. I am open to almost everything! On the flip side, if you have issues with discussion/mention of missing limbs and amputation, please let me know and I will make sure to keep mention of it out of any tags we have.
Shipping: When it comes to shipping, I tend to just let things go where they may. I don't really see Abdul as one who thinks much about this kind of thing despite his warm and caring personality, but anything can happen in RP. If you are interested in something, drop me a line and we can discuss it!
